How many working days will I get my product?
As majority of our products are made to order and that resin takes 3 days to fully cure, we seek your patience of approximately 5-6 days before we post the item out.

What are your delivery options?
Normal post or Registered Mail via SingPost.

Can I track my orders?
Once send to SingPost, your mail will be delivered in just 2 working days. Tracked packages are only applicable to Registered Mail. You can track your orders on SingPost's website and will be informed via SMS notification.

I placed an order but I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
We do not allow cancellations once an order is placed, especially if your order has been started by our staff or packed and dispatched. 

Returns/Exchanges

Once the products are sold, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Is the resin safe to use?
Yes! Resin are non toxic and is environmentally friendly. It also has no contaminants that could endanger the safety of humans. Once it is fully cured, it is generally safe.
